I created this space for women who Think & Feel deeply...




This is for women who often feel misunderstood, out of place & left wondering if they being too much or not enough.

i wanted to create a space where women could stop overthinking & and actually step into the every day practices of being more seen & heard in real life.

Five rounds later, that’s exactly what this gathering has become: a small circle of support where women can learn to quit over-analyzing & trying to decode what someone “really meant,” and instead learn how to speak in ways that are honest and kind, 
and lean into power that doesn't seek to dominate
or control, but instead quietly says, here's what's true, here's who I am, and here's what I'm going to do about it.

When are the live gatherings?


That's up to you.
I'd encourage you to plan to invest 1 - 4 hours a week
(1-2 hours for the video module 
+ 2 hours on the weeks we have group gatherings.)

How much time will this take each week?


There will NOT be replays of the group gatherings. 

Your privacy & comfort to share openly is
important to me so I do not record our group coaching sessions. 
 So please plan to attend live.

Will there be replays available?

No, this is a coaching group, not a therapeutic treatment group, so it likely is not covered by your workplace benefit program.

Is the cost of this group covered by my benefits?

No — this is not therapy.
Bold as Love is a guided personal growth program and group space where we explore patterns, communication, boundaries, and emotional habits in relationships. It’s educational, reflective, and supportive,
but it’s not a clinical or therapeutic service.

If you’re currently in therapy, this program can complement what you’re already working on, but it is not a replacement for therapy
or mental health treatment.

Is this Therapy?

You are free to share as much or as little as you want to with this group. 
You can quietly hang out and take it all in in your own way,
or share your thoughts out loud & join in the discussion.

Perhaps this is a chance to explore and heal whatever has gotten in the way of  being able to experience safety & belonging with others?  
Just something to consider.



What if I'm not Comfortable in Groups?

 Absolutely. Trans women and non-binary folk are welcome in this space.
Just a small note: the themes we explore often connect to the social conditioning that comes with being raised and treated as female — but the circle itself is open, inclusive, and grounded in care.


Are trans women welcome?

Yes, you have 7 days from the start of the program (Jan 8) to let me know if you change your mind or can't continue with the group for any reason. 
Refunds will not be granted beyond the 7 day period.

What if I change my mind or get too busy?


I recognize that systemic barriers, discrimination and racial trauma experiences are real and not everyone is working with the same level of privilege, safety and access to resources.  As a white, cis, hetero, neurotypical woman I may not always get it right but I'm committed to doing my best to ensure that this space is as safe as possible, warm and beneficial for all women of all backgrounds and experiences.

This work is infused with a feminist/ anti-oppressive lens though our focus is on addressing that which is under our personal control, such as healing our thought patterns, coping with emotions and navigating personal relationships.




Is this group a safe space for women of colour & marginalized women?
