I’m a social worker, psychotherapist, coach and podcaster, who has spent years sitting with people through grief, trauma, and the quiet turning points of their lives — and helping them find steadier, gentler ways of connecting more deeply with themselves and others along the way.

Bold as Love is a guided personal growth program and group space where we explore patterns, communication, boundaries, and emotional habits in relationships. It’s educational, reflective, and supportive,
but it’s not a clinical or therapeutic service.
If you’re currently in therapy, this program can complement what you’re already working on, but it is not a replacement for therapy
or mental health treatment.
You are free to share as much or as little as you want to with this group.
You can quietly hang out and take it all in in your own way,
or share your thoughts out loud & join in the discussion.

Just a small note: the themes we explore often connect to the social conditioning that comes with being raised and treated as female — but the circle itself is open, inclusive, and grounded in care.
